Media Seeks Law Professor to Unpack Roe v. Wade Decision

When media outlets are looking for expert analyses of legal matters, they often reach out to Robert Jarvis, a law professor with Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. Jarvis runs the gamut of expertise, from Florida Constitutional law to death penalty cases to decisions by the governor.

His latest calling has been to help sort through the ramifications of the Roe vs. Wade decision and its effect on abortion rights here in Florida.
