Law Professor Lends Legal Expertise to 88.5 WMNF

Bob Jarvis, J.D., LL.M., a law professor at Nova Southeastern University, was recently interviewed by 88.5 WMNF to weigh in on a possible conflict of interest regarding the Florida Supreme Court hearing a case that challenges the state’s 15-week abortion ban.

One of the justices, Charles Canady, is married to Representative Jennifer Canady, who was one of the primary sponsors of Florida’s Heartbeat Protection Act.
