“With medical research at the forefront of everyone’s minds today, this newly built, state-of-the-art life sciences facility has never been more relevant. Recently built, the Center for Collaborative Research now provides life sciences companies with a viable option to house and grow their medical research facilities in South Florida,” said Brady Titcomb, Vice President of JLL. “Whether it is a start-up company performing cutting edge biotech research that can benefit from the use of NSU’s facilities, equipment and personnel, or a well-established biopharmaceutical innovator seeking to relocate operations to South Florida, the CCR provides that opportunity.”

The center is located in the heart of Southeast Florida and adjacent to preeminent medical colleges offering access to the area’s institutions of higher education as well as entertainment destinations and the beaches.
