Thomas Wuerzer, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Real Estate Development at NSU Business, and SIOR Florida Professor of the Year
At the 2022 Awards Ceremony for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Florida Challenge Grant Competition, Associate Professor of Real Estate Development Thomas Wuerzer, Ph.D. was named SIOR Professor of the Year for his work in leading the Challenge program at NSU Business.
Ted Konigsberg, President of the SIOR Florida Chapter and Chair of Grants and Scholarships for the International SIOR Foundation, in presenting the award to Wuerzer said, “There is one person who has gone above and beyond anything we could have expected. Dr. Wuerzer, you are a gem, working literally seven days a week, day and night to assure this program is a success.”
