Growing up, Shelby Pawlikowski was always drawn to the ocean and wanted to learn as much about it as she could.
Now, she’s getting her masters degree from NSU in biological sciences, working in a lab at the NSU Oceanographic Center under renowned expert, Dr. Mahmood Shivji, and researching ways to conserve stingrays. “My younger self…wouldn’t believe it,” she said.
