FORT LAUDERDALE/DAVIE, Fla. – As you know, Nova Southeastern University (NSU) was approved to be a workplace COVID-19 vaccination site, providing doses for its community (students, faculty, staff.) Since it opened March 23, NSU’s site provided the following number of doses:

  • Students: 2,902
  • Employees: 1,810
  • Other: 904

The NSU-run vaccination center will conclude its appointments on Wednesday, May 26, and we applaud NSU’s College of Pharmacy and the Ron and Kathy Assaf College of Nursing and all the many volunteers who made the NSU vaccination site a tremendous success.

Now, the site is transitioning to one that will be operated by the Department of Health (DOH) beginning Tuesday, May 25. This free vaccination site, which is located at Rolling Hills 7901, Suite 206, is open to all residents 12 years of age and older, offering the two-dose Pfizer vaccine. Please note that anyone who received a vaccine different than Pfizer will not be able to receive their second dose at this site.
