On Monday, the final beam of steel was hoisted into the air and placed on top of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s new guitar-shaped building. The topping off ceremony marks the near completion of a $1.5 billion project set to debut during the fall of 2019.
Following the festivities, WLRN reporter Caitie Switalski spoke with NSU’s Thomas Wuerzer, Ph.D., professor of the Real Estate Development program, about its structure.
