WPLG 10’s Louis Aguirre spent the day recently with NSU’s Guy Harvey Research Institute and Save Our Seas Foundation Shark Research Center researchers, who took a group of homeschooled students out on the water to give them hands-on experience of working with sharks and teach them about the importance of sharks to our ecosystem. The story was featured on TV 10’s “Don’t Trash Our Treasure” segment.
