The Beekeeper: Pollinating Your Organization for Transformative Growth – #1 New Release in Business Management on Amazon

With a career in sales, training, and leadership development at Fortune 500 firms, Michael G. Frino, Ph.D., has spent the last 15 years at Boston Scientific working in human capital development. After earning an MBA in Leadership at Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship in 2005, Frino earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Development from Barry University. He has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Business Administration courses at Barry University for 14 years.

The BeeKeeper BookThe Beekeeper: Pollinating Your Organization for Transformative Growth is the culmination of years of research by Frino and his colleague, Katie P. Desiderio, Ph.D. The book explores what it means to place oneself at the core of learning and growth for the members of your organization. “My experience has given me the opportunity to lead teams responsible for multimedia production, organizational diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, and marketing competency development,” said Frino.

The story is told through the eyes of a 40-something business owner, who learns valuable leadership lessons while on vacation at a farm. She learns about the Beekeeper’s role to support the bees in their work—work that is vital to the growth of all living things. It is by understanding the beekeeper’s relationship to the bees, that she can transform the way she leads and inspires others, revolutionizing the culture at her company by learning from the people around her.

Frino and Desiderio have coauthored numerous research papers on Performance and Sales. Frino has also published two children’s books. Learn more about The Beekeeper.
