Research scientist Derek Burkholder
Research scientist Derek Burkholder was recently featured in a Fox News report on the NSU Guy Harvey Research Institute and Save Our Seas Foundation Shark Research Center’s program to study sharks. Burkholder, of the Halmos College of Arts and Sciences, is director of the Marine Environmental Education Center and the Broward County Sea Turtle Conservation Program.
